Impact in Action
Maharashtra Green Cover Initiative
TO2 Social Welfare Foundation spearheaded a massive tree plantation drive across the estate regions and rural belts. With the active participation of hundreds of volunteers, we planted native, high-oxygen saplings designed to combat urban pollution.
Protecting Urban Forests & Wildlife
Beyond planting, our foundation focuses heavily on protecting existing green lungs within expanding cities. Our recent campaign effectively saved acres of local forested land from commercial development, providing a safe sanctuary for local bird species.
Eco-Awareness in Local Schools
We believe the youth are the greatest custodians of nature. TO2 conducted eco-seminars in over 50 schools, teaching children about the importance of native trees, carbon footprints, and giving them their own saplings to nurture.
Reviving Depleted Soil for Farmers
Working closely with agricultural communities, we introduced agroforestry techniques that combine tree planting with farming. This prevents soil erosion, increases groundwater retention, and provides farmers with sustainable secondary income.
